Adhele Tuulas is a Digital Transformation Advisor at Cybernetica, an R&D focused Estonian ICT company, with its roots based in the Estonian Academy of Sciences. In her role as an advisor, she supports government executives in the establishment of future-proof foundations for efficient e-governance. She advises public and private sector leaders on interoperability and secure data exchange, supports planning the implementation of this e-government cornerstone, and guides the creation of regional stakeholder networks. Adhele holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Central Eastern European Studies from the University of Glasgow.
