Mrs. Rozha Kamal Ahmed is an expert in the field of justice digitalization and implementation of court information systems. Rozha is an assistant lecturer at Polytechnic University of Sulaymaniyah and Software Engineer at company Aktors since 2014. Rozha has been involved in large-scale Court Information System development in Kurdistan region, Iraq since the very beginning of the project in 2014. She has been a valuable coordinator between Aktors and court, playing a key role in change management, training of court staff and maintenance phases. During the project a court information system with relevant infrastructure was built up from scratch. Rozha is currently a PhD student at TalTech University and has based her research on digital transformation in justice sector. She has researched the impact of e-court systems implementation, challenges and opportunities in the digital transformation of justice sector, usage of eSignature in courts etc.
