Over the last of 20 years, Janak Rozov has been engaged in transforming the Public Sector by using ICT capabilities. During that time, individual services as well as public sector organisations, have been designed and shaped the Country's policy in the areas of digitisation and innovation. During the last 7 years active assessor and jury member of the different initiatives regards Public Sector digital transformation all over the world. Since 2019 Janek Rozov is a Head of Strategy in the Information Technology and Development Centre of the Ministry of Interior. Main objective is to integrate strategic planning with daily work and implementation of the KPI´s in all levels of organisation. Before 2019 Janek Rozov was a Chief Digital Officer CDO (Government Deputy CIO) and head of the Department of Information Society Services Development (Digital Service Excellence team with specific cross-institutional tasks within the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. 10 years extensive experience in coordinating e-government implementation processes in state level. Experience in leading the processes of standardization of the delivery of public services and ensuring the development of customer centric physical and virtual environments based on IT solutions. Experience in strategic planning and performing indicators implementation.
