Tuuli is the CEO of Gofore Estonia and she is responsible for international business development in the Gofore group. Tuuli holds a PhD in economics. She has extensive experiences in implementing change in both public and private sectors. For example, she has supported several countries (including Estonia and Finland) in the implementation of the secure data exchange solutions to increase the transparency of the digital societies. She has also consulted several industry players in their agile transformations.
